Seth Rollins versus Dolph Ziggler
Ziggler goes for the leg and Rollins gets to the ropes. Rollins with a back elbow to the head. Ziggler with a waist lock into a side head lock and rollup for a near fall. Rollins goes to the floor. Rollins gets back into the ring and they go to a test of strength. Rollins with a waist lock but Ziggler with a head lock> Ziggler gets a series of near falls and Rollins goes to the floor again. Rollins has comments for Ambrose before he goes back to the ring. Rollins with a kick and double sledge to the back followed by kicks and punches. Rollins wants to make sure that Ambrose is watching as he slams Ziggler. Ziggler with a drop kick and he sets for a super kick but Rollins goes to the floor when he sees it coming. Ziggler chases Rollins on the floor and drops him on the top rope. Rollins with an enzuigiri to knock Ziggler off the apron and to the floor.

We are back and Rollins taunts Ziggler but Ziggler punches back. Rollins stops Ziggler and goes up top. Ziggler leaps up and he hits a super face buster for a near fall. Rollins kicks Ziggler and tries for the buckle bomb but Ziggler lands on his feet. Ziggler with clotheslines and the Stinger Splash followed by the neck breaker and leaping elbow drop. Ziggler gets a near fall. Ziggler sets up for the super kick but Rollins blocks it and Ziggler lands on his feet on a suplex attempt. Rollins with a back heel kick and he gets a near fall. Rollins with a super kick for a near fall. Rollins waits for Ziggler to get up for the springboard knee but Ziggler moves. Rollins blocks a hesitation DDT but Ziggler gets a rollup for a near fall. Ziggler with a super kick for a near fall. Rollins misses a round kick and Ziggler hits the hesitation DDT but Rollins holds the ropes on the Zig Zag attempt. Rollins with a Pedigree for the three count.

Winner: Seth Rollins

Backstage: Vickie Guerrero is being taken out of the arena and Dolph Ziggler stops. Dolph says he has never seen that woman before and they are taken away.

Backstage: JoJo is in the interview area with Dolph Ziggler and we look at what happened at Extreme Rules. JoJo asks Dolph about his challenge to Baron Corbin. Dolph says the Lone Wolf had to hit him below the belt to win. Dolph says he gets to show everyone what he has learned since age 5. Dean Malenko was the man of 1000 Holds and you can watch Chris Jericho list off his 1,004 holds. Baron Corbin does not know about Dolph’s 1,005 holds. Dolph says he wants the world to see what he can do. He says he will steal the show.

Dolph Ziggler versus Baron Corbin
Dolph puts on the headgear for the ‘technical wrestling’ component of the match. Ziggler wtih a kick to the balls and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner: Baron Corbin (by disqualification)

After the Match: Dolph gets on the mic and he says Dolph Ziggler has been disqualified and the loser is still Baron Corbin.

Backstage: JoJo is with Baron Corbin and she asks him about his victory over Dolph Ziggler and the low blow that led to the victory. JoJo asks about the way he won. Baron says that people have issues with the way he won a No Disqualification Match. He did that to Dolph Ziggler because he can.

Dolph Ziggler shows up and says ‘Because I Can’ is clever. Dolph says that Baron cannot be on Breaking Ground without looking like a tool. He can’t beat him in a technical wrestling match.
Baron says he did not grow up wanting to be in WWE and be the best wrestler. If you want another match, we can have it and we can talk about technical wrestling . . . when you wake up. Dolph says we have a match for next week and you can watch his match against Dean Ambrose to see what a wrestling match is all about.

Dean Ambrose versus Dolph Ziggler in a Money in the Bank Qualifying Match
They lock up and Ambrose with a waist lock take down. Ambrose with a snap mare for a near fall. Ziggler gets a take down and rollup for a near fall. Ambrose with a wrist lock into an arm bar. Ziggler with a gutwrench rollup for a near fall. Ambrose with a hammer lock and Ambrose with a side head lock take down. Dean with a shoudler tackle. Ziggler with a drop kick for a near fall. Ziggler with a side head lock take down. Ambrose with a back elbow and slam for a near fall. Ambrose with chops. Ambrose with a chop in the corner. Ziggler with a sunset flip for a near fall. Ambrose gets a near fall. Ziggler with another near fall. ZIggler is sent through the ropes and Ambrose tease a suicide dive but he sees where ZIggler is so he stops short.

Ambrose sets for a superplex but Ambrose is knocked off the turnbuckles. Ambrose wtih a forearm followed by a superplex and he gets a near fall. Ambrose with a forearm into the corner but Ziggler avoids the bulldog and hits a Stinger Splash. Ambrose avoids the neck breaker and then Ambrose sends Ziggler over the top rope to the floor and Ambrose with a suicide dive. Ziggler sets for the X Factor off the turnbuckles but Dean pushes him off and Ambrose with the elbow drop but Ziggler rolls through for a near fall. Ziggler with a Fameasser for a near fall. Ambrose blocks a super kick and then both men go for a cross body and both men are down.

Dean and Dolph alternate punches. Ziggler with a super kick and Ambrose bounces off the ropes for a wackyline and a near fall. Ambrose goes to the turnbuckles but Ziggler meets him with a drop kick for a near fall. Ziggler with a splash into the turnbuckles and he punches Dean but Dean holds on and tries for a power bomb but Ziggler counters with a sunset flip and a near fall. Ziggler tries for the Zig Zag but since Ambrose is on the ropes, he holds on. Ambrose with a double underhook DDT for the three count.

Winner: Dean Ambrose

Dolph Ziggler versus Baron Corbin
Ziggler wtih a waist lock but Corbin backs Ziggler into the corner and connects with an elbow. Corbin punches Ziggler in the corner but Ziggler punches back. Corbin goes to the floor and Ziggler follows but Corbin gets a knee up when Ziggler goes for a splash against the ringside barrier. Corbin with a punch but he misses a boot and Ziggler wtih a drop kick to send Corbin into the crowd. Ziggler gets back into the ring and we go to commercial.

We are back and Corbin with a quarter nelson and chin lock. Ziggler with punches but Corbin holds on. Corbin runs into an uppercut and Ziggler wtih two flying clotheslines followed by a splash and neck breaker. Ziggler sets for the leaping elbow drop to complete the moves of doom and he gets a near fall. Corbin sends Ziggler into the turnbuckles on a Fameasser attempt. Corbin with a Northern Lariat and he follows with more shots to the back of the head. Ziggler with a kick and Fameasser after playing possum and Ziggler gets a near fall. Ziggler goes for the Zig Zag but Corbin was on the ropes so Corbin pushes him away. Corbin with Deep Six for a near fall. Ziggler with a rollup for a near fall. Ziggler with a splash and punches in the corner but Corbin with a hot shot and End of Days for the three count.

Winner: Baron Corbin

Battle Royal to become No. 1 contender to the U.S. Championship
A bunch of wrestlers were in the ring. The wrestlers who received televised entrances were Titus O’Neil, Sheamus, and Baron Corbin. Even the typically strong Eden Stiles sounds uninspired at this point in the dull show. Kalisto sat in on commentary. Viktor of The Ascension was eliminated in seconds. Damien Sandow was out next. Apollo Crews eliminated Stardust. Darren Young was tossed out. Sheamus eliminated Crews with a big boot. Ziggler dropkicked Corbin to eliminate him. Corbin pulled him out under the bottom rope and beat him up at ringside. Dolph was rolled back inside the ring by Corbin and then eliminated by Rusev.

Curtis Axel was eliminated by Del Rio. Bo Dallas was bounced by Sin Cara. The final five were Sheamus, Rusev, Del Rio, Zack Ryder, and Sin Cara. Del Rio eliminated Sin Cara. The former League of Nations members put the boots to Ryder, which led to some boos. Rusev and Del Rio tried to throw Ryder over, but he skinned the cat. Sheamus tied to eliminate Del Rio, who held on. Ryder returned and hit the Rough Ryder on Del Rio, but Rusev put him down again. Rusev dodged a Brogue Kick and caught Sheamus with a superkick. Moments later, Del Rio eliminated Sheamus. Rusev caught Del Rio with a kick. Moments later, Del Rio was eliminated by Ryder. The match came down to Rusev and Ryder and the crowd rallied behind Ryder. Rusev cut off a series of punches by Ryder, who came back with a missile dropkick from the second rope. Ryder performed the Broski Boot in the corner, but Rusev basically no sold it and eliminated him moments later. Lana came out afterward and was hugged by Rusev…

Winner: Rusev
